The Coffee Dance revolves around the mission of helping women help women become aware about the dangers of breast cancer through the vehicle of theater.
The Coffee Dance has just been accepted to the Costa Rica International Film Festival in Montezume, Costa Rica. What a great combination: Fine films, beach, and sunshine! Another showing in Costa Rica is being arranged.
The Coffee Dance screened at the Centro Costarricense de Producción Cinematográfica in San José where the lady stars were able to see themselves on the big screen. Thanks for a great evening!
Seeds of Empowerment, a five minute trailer of The Coffee Dance, has been accepted to the permanent collection of ViewChange.org - Stories Powering Progress.
Until official distribution is arranged, if you would like a copy of The Coffee Dance to educate your group about the dynamics of theater for social change or help the Costa Rican Humanitarian Foundation please contact Susan at the following link.
As reviews and comments come in, we'll publish them here.
"Very powerful, seamless, and well crafted!"
